  good service but some times the vegetables and fruit are not fresh.

  My friends and I walked into this store to buy some groceries for my Mum. As soon as we entered the store we were instantly under suspicion for no reason apart from the fact that we were teenagers. We had a basketball and a man followed us around to make sure we didn't bounce it, and he confronted us to make sure we didn't bounce it. We then asked him for some help finding a product that we couldn't get as it was in "shortage" even though i recently bought this product at coles Hillarys within 2 Km's of this coles. After this the man followed us, until he told us that we must get our bags checked, as we were walking around the isles to get a small list of items, 2 of which they didn't have. We then got our bags checked by the manager on the way out, purely because we were teenagers with backpacks. Stereotypes shouldn't cause us to be harassed and followed around a shop which i have been confronted in, before and asked to make sure i wasn't going to steal any items, while buying items for an outdoor ed camp. I don't think the bag check was that bad but getting followed by a staff member who lied about some "shortage" of milk powder is harassment. I regularly visit the coles at Hillarys shops "2-5 times a week" and have never been confronted by the much friendlier staff members.
